It is a residential complex located in the Piraeus area, in the southern suburbs of Attica, designed for families and couples seeking high-aesthetic living combined with functionality and the demands of everyday life. The project blends privacy and architecture through vertical aluminum panels that shield the apartments from direct visual contact with neighboring units, while harmoniously integrating with the dominant element of the façade: large vertical aluminum panels with a wood-like texture.
The façades are completed with architectural projections that embrace the balconies, giving the building a unique identity and character. At the same time, they provide an ideal setting for the installation of linear LED lighting, offering a balanced and striking nighttime experience.
Due to the dense urban environment and the limited presence of greenery, lush planting constitutes a key element of the architectural design. Greenery not only brings a sense of “breath” and enhances residents’ quality of life, but also upgrades the overall appearance of the building, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The building was designed with environmental friendliness in mind, utilizing high energy-performance materials (A+) that ensure significant energy savings. It consists of 21 apartments and maisonettes with one or two bedrooms, ranging from 47 to 81 sq.m., meeting the needs of different household types. Thanks to its prime location, it is within close proximity to the port of Piraeus and public transportation, combining comfort, accessibility, and high-quality living.
