This is a housing complex in the Piraeus area, in the southern suburbs of Athens, designed for families and couples looking for a high aesthetic living combined with functionality and everyday requirements. It combines privacy with architecture through vertical aluminum panels, which prevent the view from the neighboring apartment while harmonizing with the main element of the building, which consists of vertical large-height aluminum panels with a wood texture. The facades are complemented by architectural projections that embrace the balconies and give the building a unique identity and character. At the same time, they provide an ideal spot for installing linear LEDs inside and around these projections for a more complete aesthetic experience during the night hours.
Due to the intense urban landscape of the area and the lack of greenery, rich planting was chosen as one of the main elements of the architectural study, which not only provides "breathing" space and is vital for the inhabitants, but also enhances the building's facade. The building is environmentally friendly, as the materials used have an A+ energy performance rating for energy saving.
The building consists of 21 apartments and maisonettes, with one or two bedrooms, with areas ranging from 47 to 81 m². It meets the needs of different family models and spatially is located near the port of Piraeus and transportation systems.
