The aim of the study is the creation of a new luxury residential building of contemporary aesthetics and high energy efficiency, located in the heart of Glyfada. The building is developed over three levels above ground, with two basement levels and a loft, seamlessly combining functionality, comfort, and architectural clarity. The property includes two basement levels, with the first accommodating main and auxiliary uses and the second dedicated to vehicle parking. The total built area is approximately 820 sq.m., on a 585 sq.m. plot, forming a modern residential development of high specifications.
The building comprises three maisonettes—two extending across the ground floor and basement levels, and one occupying the second floor with an extension to the loft—as well as one full-floor apartment on the first floor.
